With over a decade of experience in the world of Pilates, I have had the privilege of transforming the lives of hundreds of individuals in Iran through my studio, 3 Former. Our three successful studios, supported by a dedicated team of 40, have created a safe and empowering ecosystem where people can heal and transform their bodies through corrective movements. My vision is to expand this life-changing experience to even more people, beginning with our flagship studio in Palms. This new studio will be the first step in bringing our unique brand and concept to a broader audience, continuing our mission to inspire and positively impact the lives of many. I am deeply committed to this journey, and I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to find strength, healing, and transformation through Pilates.
